Your booking will be confirmed only on payment of a deposit (30% of hire charge) the balance to be paid about three weeks before the event.
A refundable damage deposit is required for all hirings. The Committee reserves the right to ask for an additional deposit for certain functions and to refuse use of the Hall at their discretion.
Notice of cancellation of less than 4 weeks forfeits 50% of your deposit.
Notice of cancellation of less than 2 weeks forfeits the whole of your deposit.
